As of March 11, 2022, filling in the passenger location form is no longer mandatory. This measure was taken by the adoption of the O.U.G. no. 129/2021, government emergency ordinance which was repealed by O.U.G. no. 22/2022.
Therefore, citizens traveling to Romania from a foreign country will present only valid travel documents to the Border Police personnel.
