Starting with August 31, 2021, companies, as well as PFAs or individuals who carry out a liberal activity, such as doctors, lawyers, accountants, etc. are obliged to enroll in the Virtual Space of ANAF to facilitate fiscal control. All fiscal documents will be sent to ANAF exclusively through SPV, eliminating the possibility to submit them in physical format. This obligation was legislated by art. 10 of GEO 11 / 30.08.2021.
