Law no. 56/2022 brings important changes regarding the use of the Black Sea beach and the control of the activities carried out on the beach, the animal lovers having multiple reasons for joy after the adoption of this law.
Thus, outside the summer season, the access of individuals accompanied by pets is allowed at any time, without any restrictions.
During the summer season, access by individuals accompanied by pets is allowed only with the consent of the beach operators.
However, pets must be kept in a collar or harness and a leash, and pet owners are required to carry bags of excrement, which must be kept clean.
Failure to comply with these rules by pet owners constitutes a contravention and is punishable by a fine of between 100 and 10,000 RON.
