Andrei Trifan is a lawyer at the Cluj Bar and a graduate of the faculties of Law, Theology and Geography, and a founding partner of the law firm TCB-LAW (Trifan, Cuibuș, Bălan – LAW).
In the course of his legal practice, Mr Andrei Trifan has specialised in public procurement, personal data protection and European funds, and he is also a qualified trainer and mediator.
His legal experience to date, combined with his experience as an entrepreneur, gives him a complex and analytical perspective on the legal matters he handles.
As a trainer and data protection expert, Mr Andrei Trifan has given numerous courses, seminars and training sessions on this subject at the Faculty of Law and for many public institutions and companies.
