Andrei Trifan is a lawyer in the Cluj Bar and a graduate of the faculties of Law, Theology and Geography, being the founding lawyer of the law firm TCB-Law (Trifan, Cuibuș, Bălan – LAW).
During his practice as a lawyer, Mr. Andrei Trifan also specialized in the field of public procurement and European funds, being also a trainer and mediator.
The legal experience developed so far, combined with that of an entrepreneur, gives him a complex and analytical perspective on the legal situations he manages.
As a trainer and doctoral student having the field of specialization data protection, Mr. Andrei Trifan has given numerous courses, seminars and trainings on this topic in the Faculty of Law and in several public institutions and companies,
